 Before the Senate Committee on Homeland Security, Michael Chertoff, Director of Homeland Security declared, "Whether our aim is protecting boats, bridges, or other critical infrastructure, we cannot do so effectively without strong partnerships with private sector owners." In the private maritime security environment there are very few service providers. When researching the services offered on the market today, most companies focus on training the client's staff, not on providing actual force protection services. At Maritime Security Agency (MSA) we ARE the service providers. Our primary focus is on providing cutting-edge maritime containment solutions. The MSA team works hand-in-hand with government and private sector clients to meet their needs. We offer our clients the opportunity to choose an individual service or they can choose our signature total containment security option. Our total containment security option creates a 360 degree defensive barrier, from the surface of the ocean to the sea floor. We can achieve and maintain the barrier in any environment, including in port, underway, or at anchor. Our goal is to provide this layered defense without interrupting the normal operation of any port facility or vessel. Our security teams are fully equipped, highly trained former military personnel, utilizing military style watercraft deployed as waterborne guardians. The team is comprised of former members of specialized military units, including Army Special Forces, Navy Seals, Mobile Security Squadrons, Riverine Squadrons, Explosive Ordnance Disposal, In-shore Boat Units, Boarding Teams, Coast Guard Law Enforcement Detachments, and Port Security Units. They have served in the Middle East, Africa, the Caribbean, and Central and South America. MSA teams are experienced, highly effective, counter-terrorism professionals dedicated to the safekeeping of our client's interests. |
